New Music Monday. Miles Kane is an English musician, singer songwriter who has been focusing on his solo career for the last 12 or so years. He also was the former front man of the band The Rascals (which broke up in 2009) and is still a member (and co front man) of the band, The Last Shadow Puppets with Artic Monkeys front man Alex Turner. Miles released his debut solo album back in 2011, and since then has released three more. His fifth solo effort is slated for release in August of 2023, and I believe this is the first single from the upcoming album One Man Band. His style of music has been described as Mod Revival, Garage Rock, Glam, and Indie Rock. I’ll let you decide for yourself what category to put this tune in.
